Вітаю, Тетяна! Можливо, якщо почалося будівництво і в проектній документації нема, чи неповний розділ інтер'єру, АІ, (бо ДБН не містить необхідної законності в АІ), то практика показує, що напевно в цьому виникає нагальна потреба для головного замовника. Бо це його особистий "біль" – бюджетування в естетиці.
Значить, можливо, так сказати, ГАП, в особі "проектант" прикріпить (наше) доповнення АІ. Бо при старті дозволу, сам Дизайн-проект інтер'єру не є обов'язковою складовою п.документації.

Як помітили, часто даю коментарі у напрямку високого рівня складності, що ціни повинні суттєво відрізнятися від бюджетного та базового. Бо суть не тільки в гарній картинці "Ах!!!", а чи її можливо втілити.
Суть в кошторисі, в специфікації матеріалів для реальної закупівлі не тільки необхідного кольору диванчика з подушечкою. А й в оздоблювальних матеріалах і техніці, як в якості так і в кількості. Знання необхідного маркування, технічних навантажень, особливо в електриці, та в обслуговуванні... Завжди бути в кон'юнктурі ринку... творчості та вишуканості. Знання ДБН та санітарних норм в поєднанні з брифом та ТЗ, де буває неможливість в поєднанні.
Коли читаєш, що замовник просить преміум, за ціною нище економ, то думаєш, як можна погоджуватися на виконання, яке принесе дизайнеру мінус прибутку, то ненавмисно згадуються студенти "слухачі".
А замовники-посередники, майже всі "сліпі" в цьому напрямку. Для них головне ціна, в не цінність.
Буває згадую одного директора ринку який любив казати: "А тепер давай хто кого обдурить!" 😁. Нажаль...

Ви піднімаєте дуже болючу тему. Все, що не має чіткого визначення та регулювання на рівні законодавства, має шанс на різночитання та різне використання в угоду суб'єктивного сприйняття надавача або отримувача послуги.

Можливо, краше там де нема визначеності, згенерувати підхід – гри, з умовами для замовника.
Але в умовах конкурентності знайдуться ті, хто запропонує на гривну чи дві меньше. То хай буде так, значить це не "мій" клієнт... А бува напоришся на акцентуанта. Мабуть у кожного є досвід впевнитися в цьому 😃. І все ж, прорахувати все неможливо.
