Hello.
I really liked your project ELF QUEST ICELAND, a rare case where a children's book looks like a complete author's art object, not just a set of pages. The strongest aspect of the project is the atmosphere: a combination of Icelandic nature, a fairy-tale expedition, and the format of a live travel journal))
I carefully studied the book presentation and Chapter 2. I understand the task not just as page design, but as creating a cohesive visual system for the entire book:
1- the logic of spreads
2- readability for children of different ages
3- integration of Instax photos
4- areas for illustrations
5- working with stamps and tasks
6- preparation for printing and further collaboration with the illustrator
What I can do:
- develop an atmospheric premium layout for the chapter
- create a neat grid and composition system
- think through places for photos, notes, and stamps
- prepare a layout for the illustrator's convenience
- create a final print-ready PDF
- prepare source files
- maintain a unified cinematic/watercolor style for the book
Visually, I see the project as a combination of:
Scandinavian fairy-tale atmosphere + expedition journal + clean editorial design.
Without cartoonishness, with a soft watercolor presentation, textures of paper, field notes, and the feeling of a real travel diary.
