Designer of advertising creatives
11 USD I am looking for a designer for advertising creatives, static and video. The main requirement is hourly payment.
We fix your price per hour, and then you do the work and after completing a task, you send the final files in the Telegram chat and record the time spent on this task. By the 15th of each month, I compile a record of the time spent by designers and make payments.
We are the advertising agency "trgt.", currently we have about 7-8 active projects from different niches and themes. Work has already been done on each of them, so examples of previous creatives will be sent for understanding. Corporate colors and fonts will also be provided for each project where the task is issued and where it is necessary.
What is important to me in working with you?
1. The final result - it must correspond to the initial brief. If we cannot achieve a final result that fully satisfies the brief's requirements, then we will not be able to continue our cooperation.
2. Number of revisions. In general, the time spent on communication with the designer should be reasonable, but it should be as minimal as possible. If it takes 3-4 rounds of revisions to complete the work, most likely we will not be beneficial to each other.
