Task:
perform zoning (work area, meeting room, dining area),
adapt existing furniture (considering their sizes and appearance),

create 3D visualizations of key zones and a floor plan with dimensions.

Вибачте, просто хотів маленьку ремарку зробити до вашого проекту - зазвичай, замовнику здається, що "проектувати буде легше, бо вже існуючі меблі, які просто треба додати в проект"
Справа в тому, що "існуючі меблі" навпаки ускладнюють проект, бо завдання дизайнер в такому випадку полягає в тому, щоб скопіювати і в точності відтворити модель тих меблів, а це навпаки збільшує витрати часу.
