В любом случае Вы должны узнать в типографии требования к файлам, в каждой типографии они разные. Максимум что можно сделать сейчас это сохранить файлы с нормальным разрешением в формате без сжатия и добавить поля для обрезки.

есть мировые стандарты, печать в цветовой модели CMYK а не RGB, вылеты под обрез по 2-3 мм, качество картинки 300 dpi (точек на дюйм) и так далее. Для цифровой печати в формате А4 не могут разнится требования. Другое дело широкоформатка, печать по текстилю, плоттер и т д
