Add chat to ERP Odoo to communicate with the buyer
The application form must be placed on the page. After filling out the form in Odoo, a transaction in CRM (not lead) should be created.
In the application form there will be a file field. The file must be added to the transaction letter.
It is necessary to make sure that the manager (the internal user of Odoo) can communicate with the customer within the transaction in the form of chat (the option with email is not suitable). During the correspondence process, the manager and the client can exchange files and links.
