Тут не просто нужно добавлять скрипт, а писать полноценное расширение которое добавляет в magento новый метод доставки(с возможностью подсчета конечной суммы заказа и того-же налога на доставку если таковое имеется.) Это я написал для тех, кто решил что нужно только подключить скрипт и все будет работать, и данные получится просто передать в заказ.

расчет не будет делаться на сайте. нужно чтобы клиент просто выбрал сам отделение из списка.

Это не отменяет того что придется писать собственный метод доставки, а не проcто подключать js.

не обязательно, метод доставки может называться, почтовые службы и по умолчанию он будет включен. Самая большая проблема с записью в адрес может получиться.
