Нужно добавить 11 тыс контактов (номеров телефонов) в Телеграм канал.
Честно говоря не представляю как это будет. Саму реализацию на свое усмотрение главное, чтобы они видели сообщения
И еще бы хорошо, чтобы была возможность догрузки телефонов.
