Добавление валидации формы и эффекта на сайт на вордпрессе

нажмите на кнопку Apply Project и вы получите форму (в ней 3 этапа)
На ней надо добавить 2 вещи:
1. эффект как на этом сайте: https://www.banana-splash.com/ (чтобы его увидеть надо зайти в Registrations и потом ввести имейл и нажать next). То есть в нашей форме надо добавить такой-же эффект при нажатии на Continue или Back
2. добавить валидацию для мейла и телефона.
телефон - только цифры и может быть + в начале. 9-15 цифр
имейл - формат имейла
Что важно - сайт сделан на элементоре - надо хоть минимум опыта с элементором иметь, чтобы понять как оно устроено.
