• Routing and multi-accounting (n8n / Make): The n8n platform will act as the main conductor. It intercepts data from BAS, identifies the manager's ID, and automatically substitutes the required API key for the corresponding delivery service account to generate shipping documents.
• Synchronization of directories: A scheduled scenario in n8n will update the databases of cities and branches through the carrier's API and seamlessly record them in the BAS directories.
• Feedback: After creating the shipping document in the carrier's account, n8n instantly returns the tracking number and delivery cost back to BAS, automatically filling in the required fields in the original order.

technically I would do it through an extension, if your database allows it. in the first phase - loading directories of delivery services, setting up offices, linking the office to the user or manager, filling in shipping data and creating a shipping document from the order. then we can add printing, statuses, tracking, and API error handling so that managers do not catch minor failures manually.
