To develop a task management system for a small team with the ability to assign tasks to employees, set goals, determine priorities, integrate a calendar, conduct surveys, and create to-do lists.
Main users of the system:
1. Administrator (Team lead) — has full access to the system's functionality.
2. Employee — has access to assigned tasks, to-do lists, and surveys.
Main functionality:
1. Task assignment
- The team lead can create tasks and assign them to specific employees.
- Ability to add descriptions, deadlines, and attached files to tasks.
- Tasks have statuses: "Not started", "In progress", "Completed", "Under review".
2. Goal setting and prioritization
- For each task, a goal and priority (high, medium, low) can be set.
- Ability to track progress towards goals.
3. Surveys
- Ability to create surveys to gather feedback from employees.
- Various types of questions: open-ended questions, multiple-choice questions, ratings, etc.
4. To-Do lists
- Each employee can create personal to-do lists to track their tasks.
- Ability to mark completed items.
