Therefore, in the contract, first of all, it is worth agreeing the question of property rights on the objects of art and which, as well as a number of other questions (which signs of the work, the territory of sale or the absence of restrictions, is there the rights of other persons to this work, if so, then in which part? to assume responsibility, especially for the "right of follow" (% of the re-sales of the picture), to clearly indicate the rights and obligations of the parties and so on.
In general, it is still worth considering the individual agreements between the artist and the gallery so that all are at equal conditions. The contract itself can be personal or individual.
