- The bot is written in Python,
- The bot simply uploads (and retrieves) data to the same database as the CRM.
- CRM is in PHP, code is on VPS
- All code is on Git - we will send everything
- The bot is written using the telebot library.
- CRM is based on the Yii2 framework.
The bot functions as a full-fledged ERP system
A combination of a web application and a Telegram bot.
Brief description of the Telegram bot:
- There are different roles for using the bot: Author, Manager, Seller, Client. Each has different access levels and uses the bot for different tasks.
- Authors see orders published by sellers, evaluate orders, in the bot the Seller assigns a responsible Author to the order, then in the bot the Manager communicates with the Author regarding the order
- Sellers post orders for evaluation by Authors
- Managers communicate (correspond) with authors regarding orders that have already been sold and for which responsible Authors have been assigned.
- THERE IS ALSO access for Clients - they simply leave their application through the Telegram bot (filling out all the requirements for the work) and this application goes to our WEBSITE (CRM).
Next, our CRM system (it's not exactly a CRM), but we call it that. It is essentially a WEBSITE. Which is connected to the bot. Applications that clients leave through the bot and through the websites go to this WEBSITE.
Through this WEBSITE (CRM) - we fully manage client cards. Both sellers and managers use it.
Sellers bring Leads to sales and pass them on to the Manager. Who continues to manage the client.
* * * Communication with Clients is conducted through KEY CRM (another system)
It is necessary to support the project, make adjustments, fix bugs as needed, improve the bot, assist with current issues, and implement new ideas.
