1. Добавление двух полей для значения фильтра (одно просто текстовое, второе с HTML редактором (для каждого языка)).
2. Сделать фильтры типа Checkbox и Radio ссылками
3. У ссылок ставить noindex, nofollow, но есть простое правило, по которому нужно убрать noindex, nofollow. (Если выбрано 3 или меньше значений фильтра и все они из разных фильтров (размер: М, S - уже не подходит))
На сайте стоит ocFilter
Нужно без костылей.

1) Какая цель дополнительных 2х полей, а то вообще не понятно, что это, зачем и как?
2) Нужно будет и внешний вид править, если я правильно понял задачу.
3) В целом понятно. Тут поможет js 110%.
Без костылей за 800 вам никто не сделает.
