I can help with the proper packaging of the parcel to Canada to avoid unnecessary customs issues and costs upon receipt. Considering that the recipient is a Ukrainian citizen currently residing in Canada and has fully paid for the contents of the parcel, I will prepare:
– A customs declaration (invoice) in English with correctly specified product codes and a nominal (minimum) value,
– A cover letter for customs explaining that the items are not for commercial purposes,
– If needed — a shipping letter template (explanation that these are personal items, not for sale),
