Assistance in resolving the issue with Performance Max Campaign in Google Ads

When launching a Performance Max campaign in Google Ads, I encounter a problem. In Google Merchant Center, I see the following error message: "Review an issue in Google Ads to start showing your ads."
Campaign status:
However, when I click on "Review in Google Ads," I am redirected to the "Payment summary" page in Google Ads, where no errors are displayed. Additionally, there are sufficient funds in my account, and no other issues are indicated.
The campaign status in Google Ads has been "All asset groups under review" for over a week.
I previously ran search ads on this account, and everything worked. After that, my account was suspended due to "Suspicious payments" and was unlocked after an appeal. After unlocking, this is the first campaign I am trying to launch.
A request to Google support has also been unanswered for over a week.
