Refinement of the website for lead generation

We are looking for a specialist (team) to improve the website https://www.geniuspromotion.pl/.
Initially, the site was created as a business card and was not prepared for quality lead generation.
At the moment, we need to enhance it by refining the graphics, content (we provide), and website filling. It is also important to improve its structure while maintaining the overall style.
Upon completion of the optimization, we want to create its English version.
The site has been transferred to WordPress, but in our opinion, it will require additional optimization.
The content is all in Polish, but we are ready to translate from Ukrainian.
All graphics need to be created. It is very important for us that stock graphics are not used, but rather created individually for our site.
If several specialists are needed for implementation, we are ready to involve them.
