Regarding your task, the main question here is how the current layout is done. If everything is done well, it is possible to redesign 1 complex window in a day or approximately up to 3 simple ones. If not so good, it depends on the situation. Also, in the new design, there are no other screen proportions, although there are in the old one. If adaptability is already implemented and its parameters will remain the same, it simplifies the task. If not and adaptability needs to be done from scratch, it complicates and adds time to the work.
As for the deadlines, we can talk more objectively after analyzing the existing layout. Depending on the parameters described above and judging from the figma, it may take approximately 5-10 working days. As for the rate, depending on the complexity of the work, I charge 10-15$/hour.
