Hello, this is an example of a residential building project - 
Google Drive The design and production of one version of such a set of drawings for the house you described will initially take about 40 days, with a price starting from $15/m2 of the total area of the house premises according to the NBU exchange rate in the national currency, excluding taxes, finalized after agreement. I work on a partial prepayment basis -- 50% advance, 30% after agreeing on the sketches before executing the drawings, 20% after signing the acceptance certificate and completion of work. The paid portion of the work cost is non-refundable if you decide to permanently or temporarily stop the work for any reason. All changes and adjustments that were not previously agreed upon and need to be made during the work process, as well as the cost of making these changes, will be agreed upon additionally.
Consultations can be provided without executing drawings, the cost of consultations will be 10,000 UAH, and if you decide to order the project afterward, this amount will be counted as part of the project cost payment.
For the design, you need: your sketches of the house vision, pictures from the internet, a description of the style, photos of houses you like, links; a new agreed topographic survey at a scale of 1:500 of the plot and adjacent territory up to 15-20 meters to the plot boundaries (mandatory); photo-video of the plot and adjacent territory; an extract from the cadastre for the land plot - cadastral number - cadastral plan, location; technical passport of the existing neighboring house and an extract from the register of property rights indicating the fire resistance degree of the neighboring house; if the neighbor does not agree to provide such data, then take photos of the neighboring house from different sides. This is necessary so that the project does not contradict building regulations.
Important. You should contact me for consultation ONLY if you are ready to completely review the planning of the designed house and its placement on the plot (the list of premises, external style, and facade finishing of the house will be as you want, but the sizes, shape, and placement will need to be changed depending on the topographic survey). Also, if you agree on the price for the house design. A topographic survey is mandatory; without a survey, your documents will not be accepted, and it will not be possible to design the house according to the norms blindly.
