После этого ошибка "no such file or directory" пропадёт -
Ну и боюсь чисто практически нельзя реализовать подключение к телеграмм боту без посредника в виде, например, java-машины. Для этого нужно написать отдельное android или desktop приложение. Если вам нужно, могу заняться
