In the existing integration scenario of Make + Telegram, it is necessary to add the following functionality:
1. A separate ChatGPT branch that will determine whether a consultation has been agreed upon with a person and send the result to the Telegram channel, linking it to the entry in the database: Lead (currently works, but does not add to the existing entry: Lead)
2. For those who do not have a Lead entry, set up the sending of Follow-Up Message (in the same or new flow from OpenAI Assistant) after 24 hours Follow-Up Message 1, after 48 hours Follow-Up Message 2
3. Add a text parser that will collect the user's text into one message if they wrote 3 short messages in a row:
