Нужно повесить на табы и иконку взаимодействие с видео. Таб 1 всегда открыт. При клике на него запускаем видео и вешаем на таб активный класс. При клике на иконку pause, если видео кончилось то replay. При ховере добавить активный класс и показать текст под иконкой. (При переключении табов убирать все состоянии в других табах)
И для каждого таба добавить прогресс бар от видео
