Customization of Bitrix Box

1.   Creating a new user group:

      •   Group name: Corporates

      •   Members: 5 people (Sellers from the corporate sales department)

      •   Hierarchy: Corporates should only see their own clients and clients of their colleagues in the department.

2.   Customer segmentation:

      •   Sellers can only see the customers they acquired themselves or those acquired by their colleagues in the department.

      •   The call center manages its own customers separately and does not have access to the sellers' customers.

      •   Sellers' customers are not visible to the contact center.

3.   Communication functionality:

      •   Sellers can communicate with customers through corporate accounts on WhatsApp and Telegram.

      •   Sellers can only see chats with their customers and customers of their department.

      •   Sellers can initiate chats with customers directly by sending the first message

4.   Customer management:

      •   Sellers should be able to add new customers to the system, providing their details and phone number.

      •   The entire chat history with customers should only be accessible to sellers and their colleagues in the department.

5.   Technical limitations and integrations:

      •   Setting up hierarchy according to the organizational structure of Bitrix.

      •   All existing custom settings and system enhancements must be preserved.

      •   Ensure that new features do not disrupt the current functionality and stability of the system.

* Corporate sellers should only see Contacts and Chats, other sections should be hidden from them

6.   Testing and deadlines:

      •   Task implementation should be completed within 3-5 working days.

      •   After implementation, it is necessary to conduct testing of the functionality to ensure correct operation and absence of conflicts with existing settings.
