BAF 8.3.19. BAS Small Business 1.6.21.3. Configuration is completely standard
Input Data:
The company is engaged in retail and wholesale sales of clothing/shoes.
The purchased goods arrive at the main warehouse in packages/boxes under one article number.
Each box/package contains a size chart with different quantities of goods under this article number. Example of arrival:
40 Boxes with article G533-45
In each box:
Sneakers, art. G533-45, size 41 – 2 pcs
Sneakers, art. G533-45, size 42 – 4 pcs
Sneakers, art. G533-45, size 43 - 1 pcs
Accordingly, in the program this will be
Sneakers, art. G533-45, size 41 – 80 pcs
Sneakers, art. G533-45, size 42 – 120 pcs
Sneakers, art. G533-45, size 43 - 40 pcs
Note:
In boxes/packages with one article, the contents are always the same.
Then the goods are distributed to retail points where they will be sold at retail
10 boxes to point A, 30 boxes to point B
Warehouse workers need to reflect the corresponding operation of moving these boxes in the movement document.
In the standard functionality, the user will have to look at how much product is in each box and manually calculate the total quantity.
In BAF Small Business, there is functionality perfectly suited for this task, namely Sets. In the current version, sets can only be used in sales documents.
- It is necessary to refine the functionality of Sets so that it can be used in the movement document.
- Add a CreateSet button in the Supplier Order document.
It is needed that when the lines are highlighted in the Supplier Order document, pressing this button should call a window for creating nomenclature where:
a) This Set=True
b) Set name = Name of the first line from the highlighted in the document
c) Set composition + quantity=Highlighted lines in the document
Also, default values for the set:
d) Prices of components = By established prices
e) Print option=Only components
Refinement is needed in the form of an extension.
3. In the forms of the Supplier Order and Movement Order documents, under the quantity column, add the total quantity.
