С этого места поподробнее. Какие условия? Какие статусы? Я так подозреваю, что у Вас есть некий бизнес-процесс, описывающий жизненный цикл заказа, или хотя бы диаграмма статусов заказа.
Хотелось бы с ней ознакомиться перед тем, как оценивать задачу. -
Самый главный момент -автоматический статус "завершен" у полностью отработанного товара.

Статусы заказов, в конфигурации реализованы. Но проставляются вручную. При полной отгрузке и оплате по заказу, вручную, выставляем статус заказа "завершен". Он не придуман нами и существет в базе изначально. Появилось желание заставить этот статус присваиваться автоматически. При полной отгрузке и оплате по конкретному заказу, изменение его статуса на "завершен" происходит без участия менеджера.
