Доработка по openkart

Установлен openkart 1.5.
Сейсас скидка работает так. Каждый покупатель, который покупает 2 товара получает автоматически скидку 20% на второй товар, который дешевле из двух. Так же, есть возможность ввести промокод (купон) и получить скидку. Скидки суммируются
Нужно:
1. Чтобы данная скидка работала ТОЛЬКО для зарегистрированных покупателей и, которые, уже совершили хотя-бы одну покупку (на первую покупку в магазине скидка не распространяется).
2. Если покупатель использует купон, то скидка в 20% не доступна. Должен быть выбор или скидка в 20% или купон.
3. Возможность назначать скидки различным группам покупателей (опционально).
Рассматриваются любые варианты - установка нужного модуля, допиливание существующего, ваши варианты.

Вообще, есть собственный модуль: http://im-cloud.ru/modules/opencart/imdiscount-strategija-skidok/
Но, он под 2-ку. В теории могу переделать под 1.5 и допилить функционал, но вопрос в том, какой бюджет вы рассчитываете.
Можно вручную запилить. Или же где-то был модуль под скидки по группам для 1.5 (бесплатный), его так же можно допилить. Но, опять же все упирается в бюджет
