Понимаю, что дорабатывать сайт за кем-то никто не любит (да и я не люблю), но столкнулся с такой ситуацией, что текущий программист по состоянию здоровья не может доделать проект, а уже поджимают сроки.
Сайт - интернет магазин на OpenCart 2.3.

Игорь, если бы вы были внимательнее, то увидели бы, что из 42 пунктов не выполненный не 1 пункт, а более 10 и часть требует доработки, т.к. выполнено не в полном обьеме.
Я, думаю, что не критично, то, что в файле есть уже выполненные задачи, если вы не смогли разобраться с ним, тяжело представить как бы вы справлялись с задачей!
