Что нужно сделать в общем:
1. Оптимизировать загрузку страниц до максимально высокой.
2. Настроить seo модули (фильтрацию, посадочные страницы, карту сайта).
3. На одном из сайтов вообще появились какие то категории, которых нету в админке, но на сайте есть, и не отдают 404 ошибку.
4. Провести технический аудит сайта и устранить все неполадки.
