The main task is to ensure stable operation of the hero block (Revolution Slider) specifically on mobile devices and tablets: currently, in WebView browsers (Instagram In-App Browser, Telegram In-App Browser, Facebook In-App Browser), when scrolling, the block recalculates height, stretches, and there is jitter due to viewport changes. A solution needs to be implemented only for mobile devices and tablets, so that the hero does not change height when scrolling and works stably without jumps. The desktop does not need to be touched.
