- Knowledge of basic UI concepts, such as what a Text field, Selector, or Sidebar is. That is, if you roughly understand what this task is about, then your level is suitable.
It is necessary to find applications where AI creates or edits:
(1) Email or Email drafts and the user can write a text like “AI, add information about ABC to this email draft”
(2) One or several fields. For example, the application has a sidebar with properties. Properties are a set of fields of different types — text fields, dropdowns, etc.
Also:
(3) Where AI makes a summary of a page.
(4) Where there is a page with many different sections and elements, and the user can indicate to AI which element to focus on and apply the action requested by the user. For example — “AI, summarize that section,” or “What is that email thread about” (meaning that the page shows many email threads).
(5) Where AI proactively recommends next actions in context — that is, not just showing what can generally be asked of AI, but showing possible next actions in context — for example, I open the application, and AI writes: "You have a meeting in 1 hour, would you like me to prepare a discussion plan".
For each of these cases, at least two SaaS applications need to be identified, and screenshots should be taken that minimally show how the AI chat works, possibly adding minimal annotations to clarify what is happening in the screenshot. Example screenshots are provided.
All screenshots need to be collected and grouped in Figma.
It is expected that you will spend at least several hours, possibly more, on this task.
Maybe after a few hours of work, you will realize that you cannot find some of the examples listed above. You should immediately write to me, we will review what you have managed to do, I will pay you, and if you are willing to continue exploring, I will pay extra for additional hours.
