Bring the website to a working state before the further launch of Google Ads.
Bring the website to a working state before the further launch of Google Ads: address priority technical and visual issues in categories, icons, burger-menu, staging/dev, mobile search, cart, filters, and basic sorting.
Task of the stage:
After completing the stage, the website should look and function sufficiently stable so that a user can enter from the advertisement, find a product, use the menu/search/filters, add a product to the cart, and proceed to checkout without obvious technical or visual problems.
Within the stage, it is necessary:
— to hide new categories that were created for the semantic core but should not yet be displayed as active commercial sections;
— to retain direct URLs of new categories;
— not to delete new categories;
— to keep SEO URLs of new categories;
— to activate main categories
- to check that categories open without 404;
— to check correct display of categories on PC;
— to check correct display of categories on mobile version;
— to check that the menu structure does not break after changes;
— to check that hidden new categories do not interfere with the main structure of the site.
- to install or correct appropriate icons for categories
— to refine the mobile burger-menu
Staging / dev
Within the stage, it is necessary:
— to check the staging/dev subdomain;
— critically close or disable the staging/dev environment so that it does not interfere with the main site;
— if staging/dev can be safely disabled — disable it;
— if complete disabling is risky — perform minimal safe closure from indexing;
— to check that staging/dev does not work as an active public copy for Google;
— to note if a separate SEO/server stage is needed for complete proper closure of staging/dev.
Mobile search
Within the stage, it is necessary:
— to activate or fix the search on the mobile version;
— to check the search button on the mobile version;
— to check the input field;
— to check the opening of the search;
— to check the closing of the search;
— to check the search for existing products;
— to check the behavior for an empty or non-existent query;
— to fix the issue if it is related to the template, CSS, JS, or behavior of the mobile header;
— to check the result on the mobile version.
Within the stage, a complete refinement of the cart is included to ensure it works properly on the site before launching Google Ads.
The cart needs to be brought to a working and stable state on both PC and mobile version.
— to check mini-cart / popup cart;
— to check the cart page;
— to check the opening of the cart;
— to check the closing of the cart;
— to fix the cart offset;
— to fix the issue with the close button;
— to check overlay / dimming / modal window, if used;
— to check z-index so that the cart does not hide under other blocks;
— to check margins, height, width, positioning;
— to check the cart on PC;
— to check the cart on the mobile version;
— to check adding a product to the cart;
— to check removing a product from the cart;
— to check changing the quantity of a product, if such a function exists in the current cart;
— to check updating the total;
— to check displaying the price;
— to check displaying the product name;
— to check displaying the product photo, if it is in the cart;
— to check the main buttons in the cart;
— to check the clickability of all main elements;
— to check the visibility of all main elements;
— to fix CSS issues;
— to fix Twig template issues;
— to fix JS behavior if the issue is related to opening, closing, displaying, or interacting with the cart;
— to check mini-cart after adding a product;
— to check the cart page after adding a product;
— to check the transition from the cart to checkout;
— to check that after corrections the cart does not break the PC version;
— to check that after corrections the cart does not break the mobile version;
— to check that the cart does not overlap the menu, bottom mobile panel, search, or other important elements;
— to check that the user can close the cart normally and continue browsing the site;
— to check that the user can transition from the cart to checkout normally.
Within this stage for the cart, it includes:
— editing Twig templates;
— editing CSS;
— editing JS behavior;
— editing buttons;
— editing margins;
— editing positioning;
— editing z-index;
— editing overlay / modal behavior;
— editing mobile view;
— editing PC view;
— editing mini-cart;
— editing the cart page;
— checking the basic transition to checkout.
Filters on previously agreed points
Within the stage, it includes closing filters on those points that were agreed upon earlier.
— to check filters on main categories;
— to remove agreed unnecessary filters;
— to fix obviously incorrect values;
— to fix text sticking;
— to check displaying filters on PC;
— to check displaying filters on the mobile version;
— to check that after corrections the filters do not break the categories.

I will gladly complete the task, I have done similar tasks before.

I will bring the website to a stable state before launching Google Ads: categories, icons, burger menu, staging/dev, mobile search, cart, filters, sorting, Twig/CSS/JS, and the basic user path to checkout.
Currently, on the mobile version, can the user complete the entire journey from the ad: open the menu, find a product through search or category, apply a filter, add to the cart, and proceed to checkout without shifts, lags, and visual glitches?
Budget and deadlines will be discussed in personal correspondence after reviewing the website, the list of agreed changes, staging/dev, and the current state of the cart.

4165 46 0 Good day. I can take this stage to work and bring the website to a normal working state before launching Google Ads. I will check and correct the categories, hide those sections that should not be displayed to users yet, but I will keep their URLs and SEO structure, check the opening of categories without 404 errors, mobile and desktop versions, menu, icons, burger menu, mobile search, staging/dev environment, cart, filters, and basic sorting. I will also stabilize the cart: mini-cart, cart page, opening/closing, buttons, overlay, z-index, margins, mobile view, adding/removing products, updating the total, and proceeding to checkout. Additionally, I will ensure that nothing breaks on the desktop and mobile versions after the changes. As a result, the website should be ready to receive traffic from ads, allowing users to enter, find products, use the menu, search, and filters, add products to the cart, and proceed to checkout without obvious technical or visual issues.
