    Про написание драйвера на заказ, это на грани фантастики, Вам плоттер обойдется купить дешевле. В гугле ввёл epson stylus pro 7600 windows 7 x64 он выдал несколько страниц где были драйвера XP x64 и Vista x64 попробуйте их, может подойдет.
