Также весы DIGI DS 700 не передают инфу в 1С. На сервер - ок.

Проясните: принтер подключен к самому серверу или к компу, а комп уже соединяется с сервером? с какой машины Вы печатаете?

Знаю и принтер, и веса.
С принтером: проблема с кириллицей, не решаема (буквы "і" и проч.в этом роде с русским языком проблем нет).
По весам - аналогично, можно формировать файл выгрузки, который служба весов будет подхватывать.
