The model can have a low polygon count, but in that case, it needs to be presented correctly, for example, styled like the graphics of GTA 3 "stylish but blurry." The animation implies a looping video on a black background, in which the marker rotates clockwise (or counterclockwise, it doesn't matter) and sways a little up and down, like a checkpoint from the old GTA games. I am attaching photos of all sides of the marker; if you do not understand the shape, you can search for buromax bm.4803 on Google, and you will find it. In the animation, the marker should be depicted in the same green color; photorealistic detailing is not needed, just a simple caricature.
