I have been involved in 3D printing for over a year and understand the requirements for models for printing, as well as the programs for checking and correcting models for 3D printing. I will say right away that if you do not have the original file that the 3D model designer worked with, making those corrections to such a hard surface model based on the STL file will be a big problem, especially given the nature of the corrections you listed. It will be easier to recreate a new model in the CAD program Solidworks based on the existing STL model, taking into account all the necessary corrections; this will be much faster and of higher quality. I am always in touch and take into account all the nuances and wishes during the execution of the project.
