через екшени можна спробувати це зробити , але автоматичного результату не буде. Доведеться вибирати в ручному режимі, яку наступну дію потрібно буде робити.

Думаю, для автоматичного режиму, потрібно попередньо привести всі вхідні фото до одного (потрібного) розміру і співвідношення сторін, або прийдеться зупиняти екшн, правити пропорції/розмір і тоді продовжувати (тобто не повністю автоматично). Да і 100 фото - це не так вже й багато )))

Те що ви робили, робочий варіант. Не коректно сценарій працював через українську версію фотошопу, встановіть англійську і буде вам щастя 🙂 Недавно мали таку ж проблему з іншим замовником через локалізацію фотошопу.
