Technical task: Development of design documentation (DD) for thermoboxes (insectariums) Goal: To develop drawings for the production of two types of dismountable thermoboxes made of matte stainless steel for further export. GENERAL DESIGN, LOGISTICS AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS • Operating conditions: Working temperature inside — 30°C, humidity — up to 80%. The design must be resistant to stable heating and high humidity, ensuring the tightness of joints. • Material: Stainless steel AISI 304, surface — matte. • Hygiene and smoothness: The inner surface must be as smooth as possible. Minimize the protrusion of nuts, ends of threads, or any fastening elements inside the structure. * Task for the designer: Propose fastening options (embedded parts, hidden connections, etc.) so that the inner walls are even. • Quality and appearance: Professional "commercial" appearance, absence of any gaps after assembly. • Export orientation: Assembly should be as intuitive as possible for the end user (export version). • Walls: "Sandwich" (matte stainless steel AISI 304 + basalt wool 50 mm). The thickness of the metal for the frame and cladding must be agreed upon with me. • Assembly: Easy to assemble, non-welded, with bolts (stainless steel A2/A4). • Dimensions and logistics: The basic size of the filler plates is 1000 x 600 mm. The basic dimensions of the products can be adjusted only with my approval (the customer). • Equipment and options: Legs 30 mm, lamp mounts, IR film mounts, seating places for internal racks/supports. Cable passages: Sealed, for leading wires outside. Bar for the shield. • Protective mesh: All ventilation openings are protected by stainless mesh (cell 0.8 mm, wire 0.5 mm), fixed with pressure plates without holes in the mesh itself. PRODUCT №1: Vertical box (2000 x 1200 x 800 mm) • Door construction: Double-leaf across the entire width of the facade (1200 mm), trims, rubber seal. Viewing window: Double-layer on one of the leaves, height 500 mm, pressure frames (2–5 mm). Additional "vent" at the bottom of one of the leaves. Locking — mechanical latch. • Ventilation: ◦ Lower intake: 2 openings (left and right), size 400 x 100 mm each, with dampers. ◦ Upper exhaust: Mounting place for a fan 120x120 mm on flange (M4 fastening, center distance 105 mm). The size of the opening in the "sandwich" — 200 x 200 mm. Provide for an adjustable damper. PRODUCT №2: Small box (900 x 600 x 600 mm) • Construction: Side doors across the entire panel, trims, rubber seal. Inside — removable/adjustable shelves. • Ventilation: ◦ Intake: 2 openings on the sides of 400 x 100 mm each, with dampers. ◦ Top: Mounting place for a fan 120x120 mm on flange (M4 fastening, 105 mm), opening in the "sandwich" — 200 x 200 mm. Provide for an adjustable damper. TASK FOR THE DESIGNER: Propose optimal fastening nodes, sealed passages, and a frame design without welding. Be sure to propose design options that minimize the protrusion of any fastening elements (nuts, threads) into the internal space. The goal is a reliable, sealed structure without gaps, with a professional "commercial" appearance. REQUIRED RESULT: 1. 3D models (STEP / SolidWorks) + interactive assembly (Autodesk Viewer). 2. Drawings of parts and nodes (connection diagrams, fastening of nets/glass/lights/IR film). 3. Unfoldings (DXF) taking into account bending coefficients. 4. Specification for stainless fasteners. 5. Proposals for design solutions, timelines, and costs.

Project Description:I am looking for an electronics engineer for a paid technical consultation on repairing network equipment.Problem Summary:There is a 4-channel GSM-VoIP gateway GoIP4. The device has started to go into a cyclic reboot (the relays click every 2 minutes, it does not accept calls, and it resets authorization). What has already been checked:The power supply has been replaced with a known working one (12V/2A) — the problem persists.SIM cards have been removed and checked — the symptoms are the same without them. The problem is 99% likely to be in the hardware (internal power circuit on the board, degraded capacitors, or a burnt-out DC-DC converter). What is required from the contractor:Consult on typical issues with this board and suggest which power circuit elements should be checked first with such symptoms.Important: If you are located in Cherkasy (or are willing to accept the board via Nova Poshta), we can arrange for physical diagnostics and re-soldering of components as part of this project. Please respond if you have experience in component-level repair of motherboards, routers, or similar telecommunications equipment.
The type-C must match the hole on the step model : It should look impressive for the model + don't forget about the monitor output! Best on black textolite And to avoid the obvious impression that it is not working :) (for the average user) Show me the board in the case
Need a professional engineer to calculate and design a modular trailer platform with a load capacity of 60 tons for a ready-made chassis. There are factory drawings. Changes need to be made.
Ground control station based on SINE LINK
It is necessary to integrate the NCS with the automatic launch system (catapult with a microcontroller) to transmit a signal to the microcontroller, which will initiate the operation of the catapult 500 meters away from it.
