There may be factors that are no longer under your control, for example, if a person has many emails in their inbox (not counting yours) and they automatically go to promotions.
Overall, your email doesn't have many images and links, and if we look at it superficially, everything seems to be working correctly. However, it is possible that your domain settings have gone awry or you are sending many emails from an unheated domain.

First, you need to check if all your DNS DKIM SPF records are set up correctly, but considering that your emails are going to Promotions and not to Spam, technically everything is fine (probably).
If your emails are created with any HTML element (any image), then the emails may end up in Promotions; usually, only text-based emails and those emails that have previously gone to the same recipient in Promotions come to the inbox.
