В отдел маркетинга SaaS платформы требуется email маркетолог для удаленной работы на постоянной основе.
Основная цель: Создать и возглавить направление email маркетинга для увеличения конверсии пользователей платформы.
Задачи:
- Внедрение email-рассылок с нуля;
- Организация процесса сбора email адресов;
- Работа с холодными базами и с базами пользователей: Сегментирование, таргетирование, A/B тестирование;
- Разработка стратегии email маркетинга и написание плана рассылок;
- Внедрение транзакционных писем и уведомлений;
- Планирование, анализ и оптимизация email-кампаний;
- Создание цепочек писем;
- Разработка и правка шаблонов писем;
- Управление аккаунтом в службах рассылок: работа с базой, настройка шаблонов и кампаний, создание отчетов;
- Взаимодействие с SMM-специалистами, специалистами по контекстной рекламе и отделом продаж.
- Формулирование задач дизайнерам и верстальщикам. Контроль выполнения.
Требования:
- Опыт внедрения и развития email маркетинга от 1-го года
- Углубленные знания и практический опыт работы в системах массовых рассылок (Mailchimp, eSputnik и др) от 2-х лет
- Базовые знания верстки писем и способность поставить задачу верстальщикам
- Грамотная речь и письмо
- Наличие рекомендаций
