Energy passport

Good afternoon, our company requires a remote energy audit specialist. We are engaged in the reconstruction of houses. As part of our work, we need to create:

• Energy passports for private individual and apartment houses, showing the current energy consumption of these houses.

• Energy passports for the same houses, showing the energy consumption of these houses after reconstruction aimed at energy saving.

• An energy report that should connect these two energy passports (existing state and future). That is, the energy report should include both a description of the planned actions, such as facade insulation, replacement of windows and doors, replacement of the heating source with a heat pump, the possibility of using a photovoltaic power station, etc., as well as calculations showing the expected energy savings after implementing these actions.

• Plans and sections of the house in its state before reconstruction, an explanatory note including the materials from which the house is made, plans and sections of the house made for reconstruction, based on which the necessary calculations can be made, we will provide.

• We will provide templates for the necessary documents.

Step by step, it will look like this:

1. I will send you the project of the existing house in its state before reconstruction (general plans, sections) + accompanying information (material, etc.).

2. Based on this project, you will calculate the energy consumption and create the energy passport of the house in its state before reconstruction.

3. At the same time, I will send you a second project, in which the same house will be shown with insulation (facades, roofs, etc.), and I will also indicate additional equipment (heat pump, solar power station) that will replace the previous sources of heat/energy. I will provide an accompanying note with all the data needed for calculating the energy consumption of the house in its state after reconstruction.

4. Based on this project, you will create a second passport taking into account all planned measures for insulation and energy saving.

6. You will fill out the energy report in the agreed template. The energy report will include a description of the state of the house before reconstruction, after reconstruction, and the calculations indicating the achieved percentage of energy savings.

7. You will compile all three documents into one document, and the work will be completed.

Thus,
I will have an energy assessment of the building BEFORE and AFTER reconstruction, plus the necessary source files that I may need for operational work with these documents.

The compatibility of our and your software will be agreed either through the use of the same programs or through the use of the same formats of individual files.
