601 USDI am looking for an English-speaking assistant / client manager to communicate with potential customers in the USA.
The business is related to custom furniture, cabinetry, and design projects. Clients usually ask about project details, materials, sizes, pricing, timelines, and possible appointments.
Main tasks:
- Reply to customer messages in English
- Ask the right questions to understand the project
- Collect client information: name, phone, email, city, project size, budget, timeline
- Ask for photos, measurements, and project details
- Qualify leads and understand if the client is serious
- Schedule calls or appointments
- Enter all information into CRM / Google Sheet / Zoho
- Follow up with clients politely and professionally
Requirements:
- Good written English
- Experience in customer support, sales, or client communication
- Ability to communicate politely with American customers
- Basic understanding of furniture, interior design, construction, or remodeling is a plus
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work with CRM or Google Sheets
