Executive Assistant – Manufacturing Setup & Operations Support

This role starts part-time with a focus on advising and assisting with the setup and execution of key manufacturing tasks and will grow into a full-time, in-house position by Summer 2026 .

Role Overview
As our Manufacturing Setup Advisor & Virtual Executive Assistant , you will work directly with leadership to support the planning and execution of initiatives tied to launching our manufacturing operations. You will assist with coordination, documentation, research, communication, vendor follow-up, scheduling, and strategic support throughout the setup process.
This role will:
Start slower as you learn our business and priorities
Quickly increase in activity as setup tasks accelerate
Transition into a full-time, in-house role by Summer 2026 (if performance and fit align)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with organization and tracking of the manufacturing setup process
Communicate with internal team and external partners/vendors
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and deadlines
Help prepare documentation, reports, and proposals
Research and advise on operational best practices
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before escalation
Manage email correspondence and task lists related to project milestones
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
Positive, adaptable, dependable
Experience with project coordination and/or executive support
Bonus: experience with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering will be a strong advantage
