Стоит следующая задача:
Есть здание примерно с 50 комнатами.
В здании находиться до 1500 человек.
В каждом помещении установлена камера.
Необходимо вести учет в какой комнате какой человек находиться.
Решение должно быть локальным (без API так как проблемы с интернетом).
Предпочтение выбрать Open source face recognition проект и доработать под нужды.
Определение не нужно в реальном времени, учитывать (и логировать) можно прибывание в комнате свыше 15-30 минут, передвижения не учитываются, просто записываем факт нахождения человека в комнате на момент времени.

Можно побольше подробностей касательно камер? Предполагаю это IP-камеры и имеется доступ с компа, на котором программа будет исполняться. Так же позиция интересует, а именно угол и расстояние относительно лица, которое нужно распознать. И наконец разрешение картинки, т. е. технические характеристики.
В идеале можно одну-две картинки в ЛС для оценки
