Key Responsibilities of the Specialist
✅ Analysis and optimization of the company and executives' profiles.
✅ Development and implementation of a lead generation strategy (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, Smart Messages).
✅ Searching for and attracting potential clients (employers, HR directors, recruitment managers).
✅ Creating effective content (posts, articles, case studies, reviews).
✅ Automating the outreach process (communication scripts, CRM integration).
✅ Managing LinkedIn campaigns (expanding the network of contacts, targeting, driving traffic).
✅ Analyzing results and providing reports on campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
✔️ Experience with LinkedIn in the field of B2B sales, lead generation, or recruitment.
✔️ Ability to optimize LinkedIn profiles for lead generation.
✔️ Practical experience working with Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, InMail.
✔️ Ability to set up and use automation tools (Expandi, Zopto, Waalaxy, Dux-Soup, etc.).
✔️ Analytical skills: ability to assess campaign effectiveness and improve strategy.
✔️ Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.) will be a plus.
✔️ High level of English (B2-C1) for international campaigns.
