Facade of the building
Create a visualization of the updated facade of a 4-story building and propose the optimal placement of new windows according to the reconstruction concept. Provide drawings: walls and windows.
2. Input Data
- Photos of the existing building (attached).
- 4-story building located on the territory of an industrial park, which is adjacent to a roadway.
- Part of the facade has already been updated (the right part, white color) — serves as a reference for the style and size of windows on the 3rd and 4th floors. Hotel rooms will be located on the 3rd and 4th floors (room plan attached).
- 1st floor: dining room (kitchen and hall) and conference room.
- 2nd floor – conference room
- 3rd and 4th floors – hotel
3. Main Project Requirements
3.1. Windows
- 1st floor:
- Install large windows that span the full width of the window opening in the area of the "dining hall" and "conference room". The window placement is in the design project of the dining hall (attached).
- Note that it is not possible to install windows in the kitchen areas: freezer and dry storage. In other areas, the windows will be smaller than in the hall. Drawings of the workshop are attached.
- Maximally open the facade while maintaining structural integrity.
- Format: large with 5 sections.
- 2nd floor:
- Install large windows that span the full width of the window opening.
- 3rd and 4th floors:
- Install smaller, standard windows, similar to those already made on the updated white part of the building.
- Strictly adhere to proportions, sizes, and style.
3.2. Facade
- Show the updated facade along the entire length of the building.
- Select a style that complements the already reconstructed white part of the hotel. It should be a cohesive picture of the entire building with an emphasis on the dining area.
- Possible white plaster, or other options (gray, graphite, combinations).
- Possible color accent highlighting on the 1st and 2nd floors. Color concept options (if possible).
3.3. Additional Elements
- Consider:
- The shape and preservation of load-bearing columns on the facade.
- Places where demolition and wall construction are planned.
- Add a summer terrace / patio on the side of the CCL (drawing of the green area attached).
