Fixing and Transmitting UTM in KommoCRM from buttons on the website (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp - by number)

So we have 4 websites (more precisely, 2 websites and two of their duplicates)
1. https://www.expert-docs.com/.
2. https://europe-documents.com/.
- It has icons for Viber and Telegram placed throughout the site.
Clicking on them redirects the person to the regular Viber, Telegram, or WhatsApp. When a person writes to us, using https://e-chat.tech/, the message arrives in our Kommo CRM, from where we reply and everything is fine.
Our problem is that when switching to any messenger, the UTM tag does not arrive in Kommo, and we do not understand which advertisement the person came from.
We need a solution that will somehow add the UTM tag to the relevant deal.
