Добрый день, Андрей. Можете выложить скрин? В самой русификации phpbb 3 нет такой фразы, поэтому предполагаю, что эту ошибку вам выдал браузер (что конечно все равно не исключает проблему в движке форума). Но надо знать, с чем мы столкнулись.

1. Какие модули у вас установлены на форум? 2. Какой это скин? 3. Скиньте пожалуйста в личку архив с вот этой папкой форума: phpbb\language\ru\ - возможно у вас какой-то другой русификатор. 4. Если можно - дайте ссылку на форум и опишите порядок действий - попробую сам написать там ответ и посмотреть на ошибку.
