Technical task for 3D visualization of an industrial building
1. What is needed: Creation of highly realistic 3D visualizations of the exterior of the industrial building in various environments, as well as a detailed architectural 3D section of the building demonstrating the internal equipment. The attached references show the desired angle, but the quality and realism of the final works must be significantly higher than the examples. Project drawings of the building in the format: PDF, or basic 3D model (Revit).
3. Requirements for visualization (What needs to be done)
Exterior angles (Quantity 2-4 pcs.):
Scene 1: Industrial area. The building surrounded by appropriate infrastructure (asphalt, concrete, possibly neighboring hangars/factories, appropriate lighting).
Scene 2: Suburban area. The building integrated into the natural landscape (view of the forest in the background, possibly a partial view of the city in the distance).
Lighting: Required angles both in daylight and in evening/artificial lighting.
Architectural 3D section (Quantity: 5-6 pcs.):
Longitudinal, transverse section and diagonal, clearly demonstrating the structure of the ceilings, wall thickness, and room layout.
Detailed arrangement of technological equipment according to the drawings.
Lighting inside the section must be sufficient to read the details of the equipment.
4. Quality and "Realism" requirements (Critically important!)
Materials and textures: The use of "plastic" or perfectly clean procedural materials is not allowed. Concrete, metal, glass, paint must look as photorealistic as possible.
Environment and details: Use of quality HDRI maps for the sky and lighting. In exteriors, the presence of small details that set the scale (people, transport, landscaping elements) is mandatory.
Resolution: Final renders must be in a resolution of at least [4K (3840x2160), format .JPG or .PNG + basic post-production (color correction, contrast).
5. To avoid global revisions, the work is divided into 3 stages:
Stage 1: Geometry (White box / Clay render). Gray renders without materials for approval of the building geometry, correctness of equipment placement, and choice of camera angles.
Stage 2: Pre-render (Draft materials and light). Providing images in low quality for approval of textures, color palette, lighting settings, and environment.
Stage 3: Final high-quality render.
