What is mainly needed regarding the contracts:
- Proofread and understand important points (deadlines, responsibilities, prepayment, copyright, penalties)
- Explain and discuss what is stated in the contract and what points need attention
- Correctly adjust the contracts
- Work with comments from my clients' lawyers
- Help in protecting rights if the client's contract is already very "strict" in terms 🙂
