тот же функционал но выходит из уравнения необходимость множественный головняк с интерфейсами для пользователей. (вход, регистрация, подтвердение аккаунта, смена пароля, управление аккаунтом)

авторизация-уникализация - то есть привязка к аккаунту где каждому новому пользователю создаст свой уникальный ключ
а дальше уже статистику прямо в боте смотреть или можно выгружать PDF
вопрос только к АПИ-стороне которая будет создавать идентификаторы на базе вашего аккаунта (я так понимаю это какие то внутренние механизмы пейпала) но в остальном задача проста и банальна
с сайтом же прийдется кроме непосредственно задачи еше походу рещать множество сопутствующих вопросов
